We do not recommend that you allow your baby to sleep in our Pure Cuddles Lounger. Only allow your baby to sleep in a Pediatrician approved sleep device. 

You should never leave your baby unattended in the Pure Cuddles Lounger. It is designed for supervised lounging, tummy time, and other supervised play. 

Additionally, never use your Pure Cuddles Lounger on soft or uneven surfaces, near open flames or heat sources, inside of a sleep device (like a crib or bouncer), or high off the ground where your baby could fall if they were to roll out. 

Different cultures around the world have varying views on the use and safety of co-sleeping. 

Despite what your personal opinion on co-sleeping may be, it is still not recommended that our Pure Cuddles Lounger be used for anything other than supervised lounging, tummy time, and play. That being said, it should not be used for co-sleeping.

The Pure Cuddles Lounger includes the base, absorbent liner, cover, and scent satchel. 

If you need extras of any of the components they can always be ordered here.

You certainly could use your lounger without the cover or liner, but we recommend that you do not.

The cover and liner are machine washable, but the base is not. While the base may be spot cleaned, it is much easier to protect and keep your lounger clean when used with the liner and cover.

The middle of our lounger is slightly raised and contains no padding to pull the sides closer to your baby when they lay in the lounger. 

This helps to prevent rolling, keep your baby safer, and provides a hammock like hug!

The cover and liner are fully machine washable! Just run them through on a delicate cycle with cold water and tumble dry with low heat. Added heat can cause the cotton in your liner or cover to shrink.

We recommend that you only spot clean the base as needed with a wet cloth or paper towel and a non-toxic, non-abrasive cleaner if needed. 

The liner and cover can be machine washed (on delicate and cold) and tumbled dried with low heat. We recommend that you avoid high heat to prevent the cotton from shrinking. 

If your base gets wet, soak up as much as you can with a dry towel/napkin and allow the product to dry completely before replacing the liner and cover. 

We recommend that you always use your lounger with the liner and cover to prevent overflowed diapers, spit up, and spills from soaking into the base.

Oh no! Try soaking it in cold water, stretching the fabric back out, and letting it hang dry. This may stretch it out enough to fit over the base again.

Absolutely! We've left the stuffing of our lounger accessible by opening the zipper on the base. 

This will allow you to move the stuffing around and fix any unevenness that may develop over time.

Yes! We offer a full refund on new, unused products for the first 30 days after your order. 

In addition, we offer a 90 day material/labor warranty. If you believe that the product(s) you received have any material defect, unusual wear and tear, or any other issues, please reach out to our support team or email us at support@pureearthbaby.com to arrange an exchange/refund. 

Most of our products are ready to ship from our facilities and should be in the mail within 1 to 5 business days.

Our Pure Cuddles Lounger and associated accessories are handmade here in the USA. Due to this, our inventory levels fluctuate depending on order volume, material availability, and other factors. This means that these products are occasionally made to order.

We ask that you allow for 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, assembled, and shipped from our facilities.

Shipping transit times will vary based on your shipping address, the shipping method you chose, and any delays the shipping carrier is experiencing.

We are a small, family run company and many of our products are handmade here in the United States. Depending on our inventory levels at the time of your order, we ask that you allow up to 1 to 2 weeks from the day your placed your order for it to be handcrafted and packaged before it is shipped.
